How to Order

There are three easy and secure ways to order from Fillserv.

1. Secure Online credit card Ordering with SSL (Secure Socket Layer): Placing an order online is safe and secure at Fillserv. We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card, & VISA credit cards. We also accept PayPal payments.
   
   For your safety and security, our online ordering system does not store credit card account numbers. That information is kept safe with the credit card processor. Our AVS (address verification system) confirms that the billing address for the credit card you are using matches what billing address you enter in our shopping cart. If it does not match after 3 attempts, our shopping cart will lock out the user for the protection of the credit card holder.
   
   
2. Order with a personal check, bank check or money order. Add items you want to purchase into the online shopping cart. Click on checkout. Enter log in or continue for new customers. Complete billing and shipping info. Select payment by check. Print your order, make your check payable to "Easy Group, LLC.", and mail the order and payment to:

   Personal checks and business checks have a hold period of 7-10 business days until they clear. Bank checks and money orders will be processed immediately. Returned check fee $10.00
   
   
3. Wire Transfer Option. No checks or credit cards - no problem. Please contact us and representative will contact you regarding the transfer information.
   
   (Please be aware: There is an additional $20 wire transfer fee applied by the bank.)

Ordering and Shipping FAQs

Q: I recently placed an order and my credit card statement shows two charges from SecondWave

A: If you place an order that does not go through the first time -- usually, due to an incorrect address information -- then the order will not be processed with our shopping cart system. But, the card holders bank will have already placed a hold on that money until it is cleared during the batch closing of the merchant credit card processor. It sometimes take a few days but the amount will get credited to the card holders account.

Q: I just placed an order online and would like to know when my order will be shipped?

A: Orders are processed from 1 - 3 days, depending on stock availability. Once your order is processed it is shipped via the carrier you selected at the time of ordering. United States Postal Service (usps.com) usually takes about 3 - 7 business days, depending on destination. International orders shipped with USPS will take longer. UPS orders will be delivered according to UPS shipping schedule. You can check the status of your package at USPS.com (United States Postal Service) or UPS.com (United Parcel Service).

Q: Do you accept foreign credit cards?

A: We accept American Express, Discover Card, Master Card and VISA cards from banks that support the Address Verification system (AVS). If your bank does not support AVS, you can pay with the PayPal option.
