MagicBond™ Spray improves the grip between your printed design and its finishing layer. In the MagicLine™ workflow, apply MagicBond™ before foiling to enhance adhesion between the transfer and MagicFoil™ for a durable, consistent finish. It also increases bond strength for traditional vinyl (HTV) applications on fabric, making it a versatile tool for both DTF and HTV shops.

How to Use

1. Lightly mist the target area (transfer printed area on the garment) from approximately 8-12? (20-30 cm).
2. Allow a brief flash-off until surface is just tacky, not wet.
3. Proceed with MagicFoil™ application or press your HTV per normal settings.

Compatibility

• DTF / MagicLine™ Workflow: Print with MagicInk™ → Apply MagicPowder™ (Clear or Color) → Cure → Clean with MagicDust-Off™ + MagicRinse™ → Transfer to fabric with press → Spray MagicBond™ → Apply MagicFoil™ → Press.
• HTV / Vinyl: Lightly mist garment zone prior to pressing vinyl. MagicBond™ helps the vinyl adhere deeper into the fabric for improved durability.
