Most orders placed by 10am PST will be shipped same day as long as all products on order are in stock. Most orders placed after 10am PST will be shipped next business day. Please be advised that shipping accuracy is solely the customer's responsibility.

USPS: Services that Confirm Delivery - General Information: Delivery Confirmation Services do not provide tracking information of the item enroute. These services are designed to be a low cost alternative to tracking. The only status provided for these services are the date and time of delivery or attempted delivery.

UPS: Delivery - General Information: Deliveries with UPS 3 day and 2 day options require a signature. If no one is at the delivery address at the time UPS arrives they will try to deliver again. This delay is not due to delivery or order processing and the customer is responsible to be at the delivery address on the day it is expected to be delivered. After several delivery attempts UPS will ship the package back to Fillserv. There will be no refund on shipping fees on orders delivered by UPS if they are not able to delivery. A reschedule delivery made by Fillserv is subject to a $11 fee.

International orders are shipped via First Class International and received a label number (LN) which is not a tracking number. Packages over certain weight are shipped Priority Mail and those a receive a (CN) or customs number which are trackable.
USPS First Class International only offers an internal delivery confirmation for our records and does not provide step by step tracking.
(LN) numbers will register as no record found until the package is delivered at the destination country. There is no insurance on international orders. If an order does not arrive due to incorrect delivery address, it will not be refunded or re-shipped. International addresses must be in English characters to print properly with shipping labels. Any order not in English characters will not be re-shipped or refunded. Many countries have customs that packages must clear through. We cannot be held responsible for any time delays at destination country.
Some countries apply customs fees on orders depending on the value of the order.
